Of course this new development doesn't mean that she and her family are completely out of danger but we know that our God is merciful to those who trust Him and glorify His name and so I'm hopeful that they will all come out of this ordeal alive.

As I understand, the good ship 'Elida' sailed from Sweden to Israel in support of this much maligned country by, especially, the very same country she represents! On board there is even a Lutheran pastor and this fact was a revelation to me! It gives me hope that the Spirit of God..the Ruach.. is blowing across the country and will turn many more hearts and minds!

Am very sad to read that another innocent young girl who was doing a merciful work, was exterminated by her own people! This is another reason to worship the God of love and mercy whose  son is Jesus Christ!
My hope is that Hauwa found Jesus while imprisoned and clung to Him in her dying moments, knowing that, at His return, she will be given a new body of light and will be counted among the righteous ones who will inherit the eternal kingdom of our Father and Son ♡

Because the world is so convicted of the, so called, 'evolution' of man and beast and because, when people think of extraterrestrial life they conjure up some really gross looking beastly 'aliens' who transport themselves around in 'flying saucers', I decided to dig a little deeper into the matter and came upon this interesting, although somewhat old, article pertaining to the subject.

It seems as if the Islamic hordes in Pakistan are clamouring for the blood of Asia Bibi to be shed!

My attention was originally drawn to Pakistan because my dad was a cricket fan and followed all the matches on the radio in the days before South Africa got television. Much later on I learned about Imran Kahn... who is now the 22nd and current Prime Minister of the country in question...and his contribution to this very ' English' sport.
My question is this..will Britain, Australia and South Africa still continue playing cricket against Pakistan if and when this..to my mind..very 'un-cricket-like' sentence gets carried out in our so-called 'civilised' world?

Today 'christians' have chosen to come together under the umbrella of ecumenism which draws together people of the Roman Catholic faith..of whom I believe Asia Bibi is one..and Protestants.. of whom I used to be one as a nominal Methodist. The Pope of Rome is the head of this movement and has, apparently, spoken with the family of the doomed woman but, other than that, he appears silent. Perhaps he's waiting for her death so he can notch her up on his list of cannonised 'saints'.

Well, whatever the result of this sad story turns out to be, it will only prove to me anyway, that the two 'gods' in question are not united in thought or deed as  one God preaches love for fellow man and the other seems to request vengeance and death! I myself try to follow in the footsteps of the merciful God via His Son Yeshua aka Jesus Christ.

My prayer for Asia Bibi is that, should Pakistan kill her, the Ruach/Spirit of God Almighty will fill her with courage and dignity as she takes that final walk to the gallows and may she have a fast demise to, when the time comes, awaken in a resurrected body of divine Light and receive the reward promised to all the faithful believers in the Living God and Creator of heaven and earth and all that in it is! ♡

Years ago I read a book that had a great effect on my life. It was written by David Wilkerson and is called 'The Sword And The Switchblade' and the main character in the story is Nicky Cruz who eventually told his own story in 'Run Baby Run'.

Just lately I heard the story of a rapper in Sweden called Sebastian Stakset and how his life turned around from being a gangster to being an advocate for Jesus Christ.
His story reminds me of Nicky Cruz who himself found Jesus and became an evangelist.

Asia Bibi: Last appeal for woman accused of blasphemy in Pakistan

Asia Bibi has been on death row in Pakistan since 2010 for the crime named 'blasphemy' It seems as if she adheres to the Roman Catholic faith but the Pope doesn't seem to have spoken very loudly against her very suspicious 'guilt'.  Now it seems as if her last appeal looms large on the horizon and, if reports are correct, will be held today!
