Nitrous Oxide is not classified as a drug in all countries and has been used as a form of 'getting high' for many years it seems!
That said..in some countries it can be bought over the counter and can have devastating results for young people who are using it more and more and do not realise the risk they are taking!
Please read and share..your child or grandchild could be at risk..

Must say I was rather sad to read this as I always hoped Chief Buthelezi would bring about unification between the black and white people in the country of my birth.
I even wrote to the Swedish government in 1986 to take more notice of him but the reply I received was not a positive one..sadly :(
I was wondering what had become of Artur Pawlowski since his arrest and looked him up! Have to say that I do admire his courage and hopefully he gets his freedom soon!!
