Why You Shouldn't Smoke Marijuana..Even If it's Legal
Today I came across this article and would like to say that this drug, when combined with alcohol, can cause a person to really go berserk!
I used to work at the Walvis Bay state hospital in Namibia years ago and we admitted crew from oil tankers who had completely 'lost it' due to this combination and it was very difficult to bring them back to reality!

Stinging nettle- a healthy power pack; Boron; Arthritis and inflammation
Lately I've been using stinging nettle leaves for fighting inflammation and it seems to be working! Today I found this very interesting article about the plant and that it contains boron..a substance that fights arthritis!
It grows wild in my garden so am now going to treat it very gently!! :)
