Optimal Health and Low Carbs

I became involved with Diabetes 2 in 2004 and have been studying this very annoying disease since then.
This page will include healthy tips and recipe links that I find on the Internet.
Am stashing them mostly for myself but feel free to browse and follow should you find something that appeals to you.

I follow the rule of trying not to eat more than 45g-60g of good carbs per meal.
Thin people need more carbs than those trying to lose weight so the choice is yours.
I have lost 13 kg since 2012 and do not exercise all that much.
