For a change I've decided to post some health info seeing as we are into the northern winter period and flu is the threat on the horizon! I use both ginger and turmeric on a daily basis and haven't noticed any side effects.
Inflammatory conditions plague the nations and this is one simple way to combat it without medication.
Seems one needs to mix turmeric with black pepper to get a very boosted result.
Black pepper seems to fight sinus problems which many suffer from.

Recipe: Mix half a tsp ( 1/2) black pepper together with one (1) tsp turmeric
Dissolve in 500ml water and simmer on the stove for 5 minutes.
