Many years ago I was introduced to Mr Golliwog in the Noddy series of books by Enid Blyton.
In this day and age people have turned this famous 'character' into another race-based 'victim' and so, today, someone posted an explanation of where the word originated from and how it morphed into the word it became! Once again..things are not always what they seem! ^^
