Having British roots myself on my Dad's side of which I've always been rather proud, I came up with this very eye-opening article while looking up the history of the Biafran war after watching an episode of a series called " The Royal"..about the fictional St Aiden's Royal Free Hospital.
My maternal grandfather and his brother landed up in one of the 'concentration camps' in South Africa that are also mentioned in the article!
It certainly seems as if Britain has alot of lives on its conscience đ
