This is an old article that I found today and decided to link to it because of the warning it contains!
At the end of the day, if we do not respect our own amazing bodies for what they are and what they can do, we cannot expect others to respect them!
Our physical bodies contain 'us' and if they are abused, whether by self or others, the long term result is like an ugly scar which never really heals properly and festers on until the day we die! đ
